After 16 years of performing with the Richmond Ballet, including international tours to China, London, and New York, Phillip transitioned his passion for artistry into the world of real estate.

Phillip's love for homes and neighborhoods was sparked during his first drive through Richmond’s historic North Side, where he admired the charm of early 1900s Colonial Revival and Craftsman-style houses.
