  • I interviewed several realtors before selecting Phil. They were all very knowledgeable and professional, but Phil went the extra mile in putting together his presentation. I expected he would do the same when handling the sale, and I was not disappointed! Rather than simply shoot for a quick turnaround at a moderate price, Phil and his talented team made sure the house and landscaping looked like something out of a magazine. At the same time, he executed a detailed marketing campaign, staying one step ahead of the competition at all times. No detail was too small for Phil's attention! While this approach took a bit longer and required some investment of cash upfront, the result was exceptional -- we made back 4x the amount invested and the final sales price was more than 20% higher than the other realtors had estimated (but exactly what Phil had estimated). Phil is hands-on and attends to every detail personally. I never had to worry about something falling through the cracks. I will definitely be calling on him again!
